Having problems out of gamestop use to think this was a decent company until now after i got a used PlayStation * system with a year warranty after I took the system back to be exchanged since my warranty was good * a year and was told after clerk asked me if he could wipe information off my old system and I said yes then he gives me ** dollars after telling me I couldn't get my money back which i paid more then ** dollars for the system I've contacted * other tulsa gamestop store's who told me * contact the store i got the system from since then I've been unable too speak with anybody at the store or customers service or support because apparently theirs alway something wrong with their systems nobody answers phone calls can't leave messages with anybody and no i haven't been back too that store and after i get my pre order game's from gamestop I'll no longer do busy with them thank you

Play my games ... I brought a used PlayStation * system back in march and still have the receipt and warranty my warranty good * a year but I brought my PlayStation * system back into the store where i got it from because i was having problems with the system and was told i couldn't get my money back * the system i said i was just needing to exchange it since it's still under warranty after the clerk asked if he could wipe my old system clean and i said yes he cleaned the system and gave me ** dollars and again i told him i was just taking the system into be exchanged and i was told I'd have to buy another system because i wasn't able to do a exchange my warranty is still good and I'm trying to findout why i couldn't get another system when i have a warranty without paying * another PlayStation * system and I've called all * of uour tulsa store's without any progress and I'm not able to contact you're so called customers services because they're always busy or customers support
Because it kept making loud sounds when i played certain games and system kept freezing up but due to gamestop not honoring their warranty and replacing my used system for another used system instead of trying to make me buy a New game system I'll just go elsewhere thank you
I would like my system replaced without beening charged and no my issue has not been fixed thank you
I've called all * gamestop store's in tulsa about this with no progress can't get passed automatic service and whenever I spoke to other gamestop employees at different locations they told me I'd have to contact the store I got the system from
