Help with my GameStop issue

The issue in GetHuman-ssowulew's own words
I applied my gift card at checkout, it said the $** was being applied to my order and the remaining balance was around $**. The address that I listed for my Visa card was incorrect, so I updated it which reset the checkout screen. I put the gift card number in exactly like I did the first time, except now it said the card balance was $*. The order was not processed (I checked my bank account to be sure) so there should still be a $** balance on the card. I even checked the balance on the gift card section of the site and it said $*. Obviously there was an error in the checkout system that took the credit from the gift card, which I need restored. **Let me know if you need the card*pin number. **Thanks
GetHuman-ssowulew did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
