I recently purchased * games for your online store on black Friday because the prices were very low and affordable. a few days later, my first game was shipped and now have it. I've been waiting for my *nd game and it has been * weeks and I still haven't received it. I was charged the full amount and yet I still don't have my game. It has been too long and I'm honestly sick and tired. I just want to know what's going on because when I check online, all it says its that it's still processing. Either I get my game or I my refund.
GetHuman-moisemoi did not yet indicate what GameStop.com should do to make this right.
