I have a preorder for Smash Ultimate, specifically the special edition with the metal casing and the pro controller, being sent to the residence of *** Maple Place, Cranford, NJ, US. The order is apparently coming in on Saturday. I was initally under the impression that it was coming in on Friday. Is there a chance I could send that package to *** South Ave, Garwood, NJ ***** to be picked up for a midnight release? **The preorder is currently registered under *****@***.com. I cannot currently get into the account of *****@***.com due to the password simply not working. I have attempted to change the password a variety of times, but I either get an error saying the link is expired before I can even open it or that the request simply doesn't work. If I receive the latter error, I do then receive a message through the email says the password was changed- however, when I then try and use the password again, it does not work, saying the password doesn't work. I can't access the account even after resetting the password various times.**Can you please assist in this? Thank you.
