hi, i was on hold for * hours and * minutes. i wasn't able to speak to anyone at customer service. i received a "digital download" email for the $** nintendo eshop. i received this because i purchased a nintendo switch bundle on cyber monday. i followed the instructions on the email but i am unable to obtain the key code for the $** nintendo eshop gift card. so i have a cool new nintendo switch and * games to play. :(
