Dear,* Gamestop.*My concern is that I’m having a little issue with purchase that I ordered from online(Gamestop website). I ordered my package as a guest because I don’t have a Gamestop account. My problem is that I received a email confirmation that my order was successful,however, when I look up my status for the order of the package on the Gamestop guest check* the outcomes states that my order doesn’t exist. In short, I would like to know if my order is getting delivered,or if it’s cancelled. If it’s cancelled ,which I don’t want. I would like back a refund because it is only legal and fair.I tried getting hold of customer service waiting two tries at about a duration of **mins and no one answered. So,I hope this works. I really need to know where my order stands.
