Waiting to see if GetHuman-gennypla fixed the issue with our suggestion.
The issue in GetHuman-gennypla's own words
I placed an order for two switch games, Katamari and Smash Bros. When I completed the order through PayPal, there was an error. I did not get an email notification. Nor did the GameStop website say I had any orders. The cart was still full. Now there is three separate pending transactions for $**.**. I need help confirming the first transaction and canceling the other two transactions, please.**Update: The rep I spoke with was trying to do their best to be helpful and were very nice but the website is not working well with Pay Pal. I was advised that an alternate payment would work and the extra pending transactions would be canceled out. After using a card, it still had an error. No forms of payment were working on the website or the app for me.
Online ordering is a road block for most customers.
Please fix the the major issues with online payment (through both the app and website) as well as making sure customers confirmation through email.
I’ve been a customer and rewards card holder for over twelve years.
