We are First Community Bank ar financial institution In Batesville Arkansas, and we have a property at **** W Beebe Capps, Searcy AR ***** and one of your drivers with ACE Hardware located at **** whom I'm assuming is covered by y'all with insurance hit and damaged the top part of our car wash on February **th, Tracy freeman who is employed by y'all left me a voicemail on march ** stating if there was any damages that we wanted y'all to take care of I've have tried reaching her multiple times and we have left voicemails and have had no return calls and I have also tried contacting some other numbers you have listed and yet to get anywhere.
