I sent an orange iPhone XMAX and two iPhone 6s Plus devices for which I received an eCheck totaling $[redacted]. When I attempted to print the check initially, my work computer's restrictions prevented it. I was informed to wait a business day for a reissued check. After following instructions from echeck.com via email the next business day, I successfully printed and deposited the check. Unfortunately, the check bounced, resulting in fees and declined transactions, including an embarrassing incident at a grocery store. I urgently request the problem be resolved promptly or my devices returned, as I have been left with fees and a bounced check due to this error. The delay in communication is unacceptable, and I am willing to accept payment through PayPal to resolve this immediately before involving the authorities.
