I sent this email to *****@***.com regarding an issue I had with an ebay order (************-*************) Instead of contacting me to discuss the issue, I was subscribed to their email list, and now receiving unrequested emails! I just don't understand how such a large company can handle customer service problems in this fashion. Here is the email: This morning I made a purchase from your ebay account using PayPal. I then realised that I used my normal PayPal account, and not my PayPal credit as I had intended for this purchase. I immediately sent a request to the gnc ebay asking to cancel my order, and that I would then re-place the order with my PayPal credit account. I left for work feeling confident that this would be handled accordingly, and I would be able to place the new order at some point today. I got to work and had a few minutes, so I checked my ebay account to see the response telling me that it was already being processed at the fulfillment center an hour later, and the only thing I could do is return it when I receive it. Obviously I received some sort of automatic response, and gnc ebay doesn't take the time to review customer concerns with an actual CUSTOMER SERVICE representative to actually handle issues like a company should. I understand that I made the mistake, but I live week to week, and the cash spent on this item was slated for a bill that is now going to be late. This day and age a company should be able to put together a process that handles issues such as this, and that is what I will be seeking out from now on. Please consider this and make an effort to change how you do business.
