My 6-month-old son had his insurance canceled due to not having a social security number. His name is Dean Mujica, born on 3/26/19, and the insurance was canceled on August 1st. I was informed it would be resolved by October 1st, but after four phone calls, he still doesn't have an active insurance card, and he hasn't seen a doctor or received his shots for two months. I have been trying to resolve an error in my COBRA monthly statement since June 17, [redacted], without success. I have been consistently paying $[redacted].44 per month, but I keep receiving invoices for thousands of dollars. Despite speaking with Hope on June 17, Kara on June 24, Mya on July 8, and John on July 21, who all mentioned that my issue is "under review," I have yet to receive a resolution. John advised me to send my regular monthly payment along with the latest invoice, which I did, and the payment was withdrawn from my account. My grace period expires on August 15, which is next week. I have concerns about the lack of attention to my account at Emblem. My account number is K[redacted]5. I am Thomas McCarthy, and my wife Carol is also covered. I can be reached at [redacted]. As a retired Registered Nurse, I am disappointed by the level of service I have received. I would appreciate it if someone could promptly address my concerns.

I received a medical bill before the Covid pandemic, and the procedure should have been covered by my insurance. Unfortunately, the hospital clinic did not submit the paperwork correctly, leading it to be sent back for resubmission. Instead of correcting it, they passed it on to a bill collector. Despite my efforts, including a three-way call with the agency and collector assuring me it could be resolved, my bank account was garnished for over $2,[redacted]. This situation was unwarranted as I had insurance coverage. Now, another doctor is attempting the same, claiming non-payment for a bill I am certain was settled. These bills go as far back as [redacted], and the repeated attempts to collect are causing financial strain which I cannot endure again.
