Geico case number **************** Request sent to the Geico adjuster. I’ve been trying for a week to contact her to no avail.*Good day Mindy.**On **-**-**** at approximately *:** am, I was rear-ended by a Geico insured driver causing the airbag to deploy and totaled my car. The policy owner information is Marcela Pelayo Policy number **********. Geico was very attentive as long as they needed information from me. Now that they have all of the information, I cannot get anyone from there to contact me concerning this claim. There are two items I would like addressed:***) What kind of transportation is Geico providing until this claim is settled***) When shall I expect to meet with someone to discuss the amount of the settlement**I am having to call Geico for extensions on the rental and they have been able to extend the contract for only a few days at a time. I am asking you to extend my rental agreement until this case is settled and we have money towards another car. I have been very patient and I even took a downgraded rental just to help Geico save money (my car was the luxury car of my dreams). Your client has already cost us more than $**k and to have to rent a car in addition to what this has already cost us is unacceptable.
