I have had renters as well as car insurance for quite some time. I feel that somewhere Gieco dropped the ball. My car insurance policy went up so I called to check and they mentioned that if I had had renters insurance which I did have thru gieco which they put through Travelers Insurance. My policy premieum was approx. *** yearly. Through this inquiry I was advised that my renters had been cancelled. I had no idea and never cancelled. I was told it was for non payment which I was never notified about. I said please reinstate however since it was over ** days its now at a much higher premium. Geico has become very disappointing. I have not been notified of this cancellation nor have I had good reason for prices of all insurances going up. I have been with Geico well over ** years and have always paid my bill and not put in claims. I have safety driving.good credit and have been an exemplary customer yet they cancel a renters insurance raise the premium and switch you from one person to another for over an hour. Geico get it together
