It does not work ... I have been calling for at least * weeks and referred from one department to another* Consumer Relations for past week. I have a case number:(********) My Microwave to be fixed which I've had for only ** months requires parts that cost more than $***.**. The repairman said he received a service bulletin that these parts are faulty. GE should replace them. Not my fault!!!! I have scanned the service man's receipt and sent it to you.*I have been on hold now for over an hour. I expect a call from you. My cell phone which is capable of messages is ***-***-****. My land phone is ***-***-****. *I have many things that need attention other than being on hold. Marly Keller

I have had other GE products and dom't remember anything like this. I'm ** years old so I've had many appliances.
