We have a claim with GE (*********) regarding issues with our stackable washer and dryer since over a month ago. The appliance was delivered early August. The technician came on September **th for repair. He had to order parts for our dryer. As of this date we have not received all the parts ordered nor we have been informed of the status. The technician has been scheduled twice to come to our house, wasting his time and ours too. We urgently request GE to handle this responsively. We already wanted to return the new GE washer & dryer, but gave your company the opportunity to fix them, which hasn't happened either. Both washer and dryer continues to give us problems and we are very frustrated with this situation. Why can't we return the appliance and get a new washer and dryer that works properly?
