keep my food and meds cold ... I have a * month old, $***** GE French door refrigerator. It has not been right since it was delivered. On Monday of this week it quit working. I have been trying all week to get help, not been able to. I have lost $***.* worth of food so far and I am going to have to buy a small fridge for my diabetic meds. Today, a repair man came and told me it needed a new board of some type, problem he said is that this part comes from China and one in the states there is a shipping issue, so it will probably be months. I cannot wait months with no fridge. I questioned it when it was installed and was told the noise that I was hearing was because there was no food in it, and then the installer hit it (hard) and the noise temporarily stopped. Now it is totally dead! This is not acceptable, I want the entire fridge replaced at this point. I work hard for my money, and I cannot afford to pay this amount of money for a faulty product. When I bought this GE it was because that was supposed to be a good brand with good service. So, I bought a fridge, dishwasher, and range, over $****.**. I cannot make payments on a dead fridge. Please HELP!! I am so beyond frustrated at this point. Oh as an FYI, I have been on hold for over *.* hours today and still no human! HELP!!
