I am very disappointed and frustrated with GE right now.*I closed on my new home on April **, **** and moved into my new home on August **,****. When purchasing the home we upgraded our appliance package and got the front loading washer* dryer. I do no more than *, sometimes * washes a week. I could not make my inside a year appointment Because of Covid. I finally got a service appointment which was changed by GE to a later date. I paid the service fee today at the appointment and was told I need a new drum for $***.**!! I should not have to pay for the labor and parts for a machine that is barely a year old! I have been on the phone waiting to speak to Consumer Relations for almost * hours !!! This is crazy. I have been a GE consumer and loyal customer for some time now and never had a problem. How long must I wait to get this resolved?
