I have a Haier refrigerator HEBF***BXS and was having issues with it. I contacted the store that sold it and they sent out a repair person to look at it. the issue was the compressor was making noise and it was not cooling like it should. the repair person took it to the shop to look at it, and tried to get parts for it. parts were not available for it and I was told that GE would replace the refrigerator since it was under warranty. I was told that GE would call me with ** hours to discuss delivery. I was never contacted and its been ** days since I was told. I have a case number ********. I have tried the past week to talk with someone and been on hold during that time a total of * hours without talking to anyone from GE. I am very frustrated.*Rick
