Purchased a new $*** GE Profile Convection Microwave Model PEB****SJSS* Serial * GR****** from Best Buy on ******* and it was installed on ****. It died on *******. It was over the **-day Best Buy Return policy so was I called for GE for service as it was under warranty. NANA Tech came out on **** and said it was thermostat problem and would order replacement part. Part arrived yesterday, **** and tech came out to replace today, ****. Didn't fix the problem, so now he says to order a new circuit board. I expect this process will take another ** days to get the part and may fix the problem? **I have called GE Service which directed me to Customer Relations. I have tried to call Customer Relations several times today, but the automated call distribution system keeps disconnecting me. Never have gotten close, to actually speaking to person. I have purchased GE products for over ** years but this microwave has shaken my faith in the company. I'm very disappointed that I purchase a new $*** product which will be refurbished. **I would like this microwave replaced with a new unit.
