On Sept * I had a service call to fix the start button on my washer. I was told that a part had to be ordered. A followup visit was scheduled for Sept. **. That service call was cancelled due to difficulty getting the part. After the part arrived another service call was scheduled for Sept. **. After getting a confirmation text the night before, the repairman failed to show up, call or text. I called Customer Service the next day and was told that no one could explain what happened. The dispatcher had no explanation and was unable to contact the repairman. Another service call was scheduled for Sept.**. After a confirmation text the night before, the repairman AGAIN failed to show up or text. I AGAIN called Customer Service the next day and AGAIN got was told that no one could explain what happened. Another service call was scheduled for Oct. *. A few hours after receiving the text confirming that service call, I received a second text informing me that the repair man*Would be there the next day, Sept. **. The repairman AGAIN failed to show up or text.*On Sept. ** I attempted to call Customer Relations and was put on hold for nearly an hour before I gave up.**I have been a loyal GE customer for over ** years. I especially liked your excellent Service after the sale. However, after this experienceI will never buy a GE appliance again.**It has been a month now since I have had a washing machine. I have been forced during this Coved epidemic to take my laundry to a laundromat. It has also been a financial disaster for me. I could barely afford the part, and I have now had to take * days off of work costing even more money that I can’t afford to lose. The part is sitting right in my house and yet I still have no washer.**Will the same thing happen to my Oct. * service call? Another day of work missed and still no washer? **How would I like this matter resolved? I would like the Oct. * service call to be honored. I would also like not to be charged for the part. This would not begin to reimburse me for my loss of wages, but it would help compensate me for the aggravation I have been put through by your company.
