my new fridge isn't cooling or freezing down to the temp it should be. Have had to throw out hundreds of dollars of food already. It was supposedly repaired about a week ago. Moved product from old fridge back to new fridge and same problem. Repair guy just came again and I heard his phone conversation with your tech support and the conclusion was that neither knows what's wrong and now the tech is going to guess at what needs to be replaced. I need a fridge that works asap. I'm requesting that you replace it with a new one. I can't even use this as it's not reliable and I can't keep throwing food out because you can't figure out what's wrong with my fridge.
