I put in a service for my dishwasher, it was only a couple of months old and the wheels kept falling off the bottom rack, the plates also fell down every time you put them in the rack. I was given a * hours window for service. I waited. The technician came, said he would order a new rack and return the following Monday to install. I did not hear from him again. A week later in the mail some parts arrived. I was lead to believe from the technician that a new lower rack had been order, however that is not what arrived in the mail. I called and schedule service. I was told a service person would be out between *am and *pm and would call to know when I could expect them. I took another day off work. I missed a phone call at *.**pm and called back at *.**pm, there was no option to leave a voice mail. His voice mail said he would try again. So I waited, when I did not hear back I called GE at *.**pm. I was told that the service would have to be rescheduled. I would have to take another day off work. This is simply not acceptable. I have a brand new dishwasher which had a defect and it feels as though I am being punished for it. To say I am upset is an understatement.
