I purchased refrigerator In January. By mid Febuary I noticed my ice cream wasn't frozen. Call about service and GE sent a service man from Chambers Service, which handles you service in the area. They have been here * times, and still not repaired and the refrigeration is get progressively worse. These are * half days days missed work. My refrigerator does not meet and has not meet the FDA guild lines for proper food storage. my food spoils faster than it should. I get frustrated when I look at it while I am still paying for it. It has been diagnose with bad control board, it was replaced, over charged system, and now they believe it is a seal system refrigerant leak. Repair will require replacement of compressor, evaporator, coil lines. This by no means gives me any confidence in a refrigerator I will be paying for the next ** months. It is a lemon. I have had * service men come into my home. None wearing masks. I have changed my schedule to meet the service men. Enough is enough. I would like a replacement unit. Not a refrigerator that has been rebuilt in my home.
