On the ** April your agent came out for repair of my home GE oven * microwave unit, the oven was not heating properly and the light bulb keeps burning out. The repairman said he repaired the unit and everything was fine and we made payment on site.**Approximately, a week or so ago I called the GE repair office again that the light bulb burned out again and we never have had such a problem for years. Your agent said that they would send out a repairman on the ** July to check the Oven again and there would be no charge. Today I was at a heart doctor appointment when your repairman came to check the system, which he did not do, except changed us for the replace of the light bulb and visit of $***.**. When I returned home after my appointment my wife who has a heart condition was very upset and she told the repairmen about our my previous conversation with your agent. The individual, Checo was not very cooperative and required her to provide her WIFI number to pay the credit card bill or else provide a check. This is totally unacceptable and if I am not immediately reimbursed, I will take action. I have tried to call your office with several different numbers and waited more then an hour each time before I called the second number. ***--***-**** * ***-***-**** . The repairman told my wife that the light bulbs only last about ** days and this I cannot believe.
