I have been on multiple hikes while GE Customer Service try’s to help me time transfers me to customer relations only to have call disconnected while waiting. **I am trying to get service for my new Cafe Series refrigerator as the inside temp is higher than the door registers and it fluctuates. Food in the back freezes and thaws, other food has spoiled. Also have Cafe series wall oven whose clock doesn’t keep accurate time. Need local service representative who will service appliances they didn’t sell or to be rescheduled with Forrest TV and Appliances in Grass Valley who canceled the parts order and service request while I tried to request GE replace my appliances. Thus has been a very frustrating process. **I called a week ago today after learning they canceled my request. I spoke with a very nice customer service rep who said I would receive a call in **-** hours. That never happened. **I can be reached at ***-***-****. I can’t sit on hold any longer as I am at work and work the hours GE Customer Service is open. *Thank you*Margie & Scott Rackley
