We have a * year old GE oven. After using the self cleaning mode we heard a cracking noise. The inside glass had developed a spider web cracking When I called the customer service number aale agent named Jonathan listened and told me it would be taken care of. We then called and scheduled a repair which was set for today. The repairman called Pryor to coming and said that it was a $***. Repair. This is outrageous as this is not a working part subject to wear and year and most likely is defective glass. I wait now to hear from you on what remedy GE can offer.
