I have had issues with my microwave since we got it.*I got an extension on the warranty from GE due to all the issues we had with it, since we first bought it. The following case numbers will substantiate my claim*******-*************-*******In addition I have a few case numbers:*******************************It started with the unit sparking flames from behind the control panel.*A transformer was ordered and replaced, then the “REHEAT” option for different types of food was not functioning properly, and it would display “sensor error” on the display screen. The control panel was replaced a couple of times, to no avail.*The sensor was replaced also to no resolution. Unit still not working correctly in the “REHEAT”*option on the key pad.*A new wire harness was ordered and replaced, also that did not correct the problem. The unit would keep running and the food get overly HOT, might cause a fire.*Another sensor was ordered and replaced, and also no resolution.**All this service call, causes me to either take a day off from work, or having to leave early from work to meet the service tech.**I am getting to a point where I believe that the unit is defective, and I request a replacement.*My warranty allows me to exercise that option since the unit was defective from DAY ONE.**Please look into this mishap and I hope we can come to a amicable resolution.**One of your Consumer Relation Personal helped me out originally and was very understanding with my issue. While another Consumer Relation person named Justin was not understanding at all to my problem.**Please let me know soon, because I am ready to call for another service since the unit is a danger to our lives.**Thanks
