We purchased a GE Monogram Dual Fuel Range model * *DP***NPSS $****.** in January ****, Installed in June **** In our new addition. First problem was (*) computer board went bad ********* that was when GE Service was contacted, they sent (*) boards then also, after * visits me waiting * hours each it was repaired, ********** failed again by burning board house full of burnt wire smoke I turned off breaker called GE, another * hour wait it was a burnt board and wiring harness, he installed the *nd board that we had and re-used burnt wiring harness, ordered parts, ********** another * hour wait to find out wrong parts ordered not repaired, re-scheduled for *********, last night my wife was making a Halloween treat set oven to *** degrees *-min later she checked it the food was burnt bad on bottom and whole house full of smoke again so were not using the oven. we paid $**** for this range we wanted a Wolf but was talked into a GE by Lakeside Appliance and numerous day and hours without a stove has inconvenienced us numerous times, after events last night we are saying we don't want it repaired anymore and we don't want it, I am a commercial electrical contractor and I am certifying it is not safe and we would like to discuss our options with someone, others words we don't want this range anymore in our house it is a fire hazard, I think it is a lemon model.
