I had a GE service technician at our home today to repair our GE Profile Artica refrigerator. He replaced the refrigerator water valve, part * WR**X*****. (He left the bag here from the new part, as well as the old part). He was here ** minutes start to finish.**I received a receipt email from him shortly after he left. It seemed odd that it just said, “* Item $***.**”. **I looked up the part on the GE website and it is $**.**. He told me it was $***. And the service call was $**.**. He didn't tell me how much his labor cost would be. I was charged $***.**.**Could someone please break down the charges, tax, part cost and his labor costs for me as it looks like he either gets about $*** an hour or I was accidentally overcharged. I did call consumer relations today and spoke with John and he gave me a case *******-****** and told me to call back in a few days and they might have more information.
