The issue in GetHuman-mchglu's own words
We purchased a new GE dishwasher from Home Depot two and a half Months ago. It does not drain at the end of the cycle. It drains in the middle of the cycle or when the wash is cancelled but not at the end of the cycle. Called a repair ticket in two Months ago. A repairman came out but did not find a problem because he would not wait for a full cycle to run, he left his card and said to call back if it happens again. It happened three days later and I called back in on the following Monday. I was give a repair appointment two weeks out. They called to change that appointment twice. On the day of the appointment the repair tech called and said he was not going to show up but was going to order parts now (Which he could have done two weeks earlier). A week and a half went by with no word so I called the repair company. They said that there was no update from the tech so they would call him and get back to me that same day, they did not. I called back in the next day and was told that one of the parts was on back order. I called GE the next day and was forwarded to a consumer advocate. She put me on hold as she tried to find the back ordered part, before she did she stated that if she could not find one that they would give me a complete replacement dishwasher. She came back to the phone after about twenty minutes, she said she found the part and was having it shipped to my house and when I received it I should call the repair company to setup another appointment.**Another two weeks went by with no delivery, even the repair company called to see if the part had arrived. I called Ge again and spoke to another consumer advocate. She put me on hold to see where the part was, she came back and said there was no part and it is still on back order. I asked for a complete replacement , she said she would put in for one and that I would definitely hear back from them within **hours, that was on Wednesday ** hours ago.
