Hi. I spent thousands of dollars at the G E store to purchase appliances for our home. I am in the process of remodeling our kitchen. The cabinet contractor needed the exact dimensions of the appliances. Experience has shown him that the specifications on line are not accurate. The refrigerator, range,oven,range,dishwasher , and the advantium oven were purchased . everything is the MONOGRAM LINE. *The products were directly shipped to me. They were in my possession in August of ****. The contractor and I looked at the different appliances as the boxes were opened. The measurements were confirmed and the cabinets were ordered. Nothing was completely taken out of the respective boxes . Yesterday the appliance installer arrived to install your products. I was very upset to see the advantium's cardboard box intact ,yet the appliance damaged. I spoke to numerous individuals yesterday. Everyone restated the ** day policy. I would appreciate some consideration. Your specs as to dimensions are not accurate. The amount of money I spent to pay for your appliances. I am not sure I want to install a damaged appliance into my cabinet. I also do not want to have a G E tech tell me its ok. I do not want any sort of leakage be it electromagnetic or otherwise around myself or my family. I am disappointed that no-one cares. Susan
