Fix the Dryer. Was charged $*** for visit ** days prior to replace a ****. Tech did zero diagnostics to check the thermal fuse or any other issues. Problem reoccurs and different tech sent. Tech was defensive, aggressive and unprofessional. When I asked why did this problem happen twice within ** days - he picks up his stuff and leaves without fixing the issue. Unreal - disgrace to Jack welch's legacy. After speaking to someone in Consumer Relations for * hr - they agree that tech was unprofessional and reschedule this for Aug **th with original tech. * hr later they cancel for no reason. Shocked that these guys represent GE ... June *th - GE Service Tech *** in South Florida comes to our house at: ***** Lake Vista Court, Parkland, FL ***** and replaces a **** to fix dryer. Dryer previously was stopping intermittently and then stopped working.**August *th - same problem happens again. **** is still intact. Different tech comes to our house. He shows up with an attitude. We present him with context* background on issue. Ask him how can the same problem happen after ** days? Tech gets dissmissive, argumentative and decides that "He is out of here". And says he doesn't care "if you tell his manager". Absolutely the most unprofessional experience we have had and the fact he represents GE is unsettling. We spoke to someone in Consumer Relations * hrs ago for * hr and they said they are escalating and "agreed" the tech was unprofessional. He schedules the original tech **** to come out who we had no issue with and had a pleasant demeanor. We just found out that the Dispatcher cancelled this and they are not sending anyone to our house? **I hope you investigate the techs representing GE in Broward County. We were going to purchase new GE appliances, but we are passing on this if we have to deal with techs like this. Shocked that he represents GE and you need to better screen your techs and train them on customer service etiquette.
No expectations since you guys are horrible and continue to lose long-term, repeat GE buyers.
Ask tech **** about his experience with us * months ago. We thought he was professional, courteous, even though he did not fully do an exhaustive diagnostic check. This tech should be fired or mandatory customer service training. We were going to purchase a new GE Refrigerator, but knowing we have have to deal with the GE Service Techs in Broward* Coral Springs led us to buy a Samsung.
Yes - the fact you havent resolved this in * hrs, tells me that it wont be getting done anytime soon. Jack Welch, would fire this tech personally if he knew how he is ruining GE's reputation and losing loyal customers.
