I purchased a new electric range in June **** and there was a problem with the oven not holding the temperature. I have had * service calls to my house trying to fix the problem. It worked for a few days then the temperature started dropping again. I called the service center and they refused to help any more and directed me back to G.E Canada. The rep who was to be in charge of my issue won't return my email or voice mails. I need a G.E Canada supervisor to contact me.
GetHuman-lyndac did not yet indicate what GE Consumer Relations should do to make this right.
