We have a GE stove for the last ** years. We love your product. It broke down a month ago, we called the repair servicie i.e. Sears HOme services which is authorized by GE. The tech came, the price was more than $***.oo inclusive of the diagnosis, labor, and parts ordered. they were supposed to return for installation, but they cancelled the appt. * times, it was frustrating, as we needed the stove. We are * senior citizens, my mom is ** years young and i'm **. We may have been discriminated because we are old???? I wanted a cancellation of the repair even tho' i have pad $**** for labor and parts. I would like to request a reasonable solution to this problem. Called the repair service this morning, but I was not satisfied with their reply, even tho' a tech will come on ******** for repair. I am disappointed and frustrated,hence, I'm bringing this to the attn. of the GE customer Service. It would be more clear if I can speak to a rep. from your office. Thank you
