Re Service Confirmation * ************Repair of my ovens was scheduled for August *th between *:** AM & **:** Noon. That never occurred. I am told that GE unilaterally decided to cancel this appointment without advising me because it was too busy. I was further told that it could make repairs on August *th. That is not acceptable as I must work. I have spent nearly *.* hours on the phone with various customer service personnel and their supervisors, all whom were unable or unwilling to help me. I was told to call Consumer Relations, which I have done. I needed to start from the beginning with another “Supervisor”, but it has gotten me nowhere. The bottom line. I am still unable to cook with either oven, I have no new date*time when the work will be done, and I am out of pocket in terms of missing a day’s work because GE’s Customer Service is inept.
