Parts are ordered now for about * month....? When will they be here so it can get fixed? ... I have a GE over the range microwave not even a year old when it went out! Your warranty company came out and had to order parts. It has been over a month now. Nobody knows about when I can expect the parts to fix this micro? I cannot get thru to your customer service dept. My next step will be to contact the TV media for help concerning this ongoing problem. I need either a loaner microwave, or this one fixed... so far there has been no customer service provided. This micro is not even * year old and I understand it is a defect with the door opening etc???? I need some help on this as the auth******* purchased at Home Depot in August ****...Broke toward the end of June?
Frustrating because nobody cares about customer service?
I want this over the counter microwave replaced....
I was told over a week ago "that customer service was following my case" told me they would see that I got a new microwave." It's past that time, can't even get thru their phone lines are always busy! Where is the follow up that was promised?
I'm going to contact the local TV station to see if they can work on this project. It will bring attention to GE and their customer service or lack of services
