I bought a GE washer and dryer from Metropolitan Appliance in Seattle in ****. Model * GFDR***EHWW Serial *LF******. The front of the dryer where the electronics are caught on fire less than a week ago. I have pictures to send, but clearly am frustrated to be out $**** on an almost new dryer that is out of warranty. Certainly not caused by any fault of our own. I would like to speak with someone about how to remedy this situation and send pictures to you so you can see how it could have burned my house down. Fortunately I was home when this happened.
I trust that GE Consumer Relations will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
