I purchased three GE appliances about a year and half ago. Microwave, stove, and refrigerator.*Right now I'm having an issue with the ice maker in the refrigerator. I have called a couple of times regarding this. The first call was to ask why the ice maker wasn't making very much ice. I was told that's the way it is. The refrigerator was within warranty at that time. I called again when the ice maker stopped working. I was informed that the refrigerator was out of warranty by * months. Well, the ice maker is not working again and the refrigerator keeps cycling on every **-** minutes. I am very unhappy about the lack of service from GE. I would expect that since the ice maker seems to have been a problem from the beginning that you would stand behind your product and fix it. I also had problems with the microwave. It took * microwaves being installed before we received one that worked! I have always been a loyal customer to GE but that will certainly change if I can't get a satisfactory outcome. My hope is that you will stand behind your product and send someone out to fix the ice maker at no charge. People have asked how I like my GE appliances and I would hate to start telling them how you don't value customer service.*Model *PWE**KMKNES Serial *RM*******I purchase all three of these appliances in Novemer ****.*My phone number is ***-***-****
