Dear Sir*Madam:**I purchased a stove a stove model number MCB***DM*WW, Serial Number MR******* from The Brick Appliance and furniture store in Lasalle, Quebec. The stove was purchased on August * and was delivered August **, ****. Ever since I received the stove it has been a nightmare. The sensi-temps coil burners are a disaster. It is impossible to cook with these burners. **I reported this to The Brick and was told that their policy was to return it within * days after delivery and refused to take the stove back telling me that I should call the manufacturer.*What I am requesting is to return this stove to the store and exchange it for a ceramic stove top and pay whatever the difference is.**I have already called GE customer service and was given a file number ******** and someone was supposed to call me. **I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter as soon as possible.**Respectfully***Zamida Yusuf**I can also be reached at ***-***-****
