the rear middle burner on my GE cafe gas cooktop only lights up half of the "ring".**I have an extended warranty. I spoke with the warranty company last week to confirm my contract number. They said to schedule a repair online.**I scheduled a repair for this past Monday between noon and *.*No one came or called. I scheduled again on Thursday between * and noon. No one called or came. I have screen shots of these appointments.**I tired phoning several times. I followed the prompts for extended warranty service, and put in my contract number. The phone beeped three times, and cut off. I tired this twice more, with the same result.**Then, I got a call yesterday, saying they would be here today (Saturday), between * and *. I never scheduled for this, but I stayed home to get it done.**I tried to call to confirm yesterday.*When I pushed the correct prompt, it now says "This number is no longer in service". At no time was I able to ascertain a way to talk to a live person.**Next, I had a message on my phone today, saying they tried to reach me, and will consider my case "closed".**I would like to get service. Ive already stayed home from work*two half days, and changed plans for today (Saturday) - thinking they were coming.**I would appreciate some help with this, because its driving me crazy:)
