The issue in GetHuman-tjanet's own words
Get the part that controls the oven. ... I have been waiting nine months for a part for my double oven. The cooktop is fine. I have worked through the vendor where i purchased. I regularly call and get the same answer...they say the sales rep has no comment. They blame GE. I called GE directly after * months wait and was told they were waiting on a part for the part. I paid plenty for a range that lasted * months. Not acceptable.
I can’t use my oven and have no answers.
I would like the part for my oven replaced.
I bought a complete kitchen of GE profile appliances. Thay all match, had a number of issues. The handle on the microwave just fell off ( not manhandled), took a year to get a replacement. The fridge leaked coolant fluid, was worked on several times, still leaks. Concerned for breathing gas. Especially upset that there’s no resolution for my oven after * months.
No success with vendor, sales rep (according to vendor), or a phone call to GE * months ago.
