I recently bought a Lane Chair and a half Recliner from Theiss Furniture in LaGrange, KY. The item has the serial number [redacted]00, and the order number is #[redacted] with customer number #876035CW. Upon purchase, I obtained a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, Theiss Furniture is no longer in business, and since August 1, [redacted], Lane Furniture has become a subsidiary of your company. The issue with the chair is a spring that pops when sitting and standing. I am seeking assistance in getting the chair repaired and would like information on your warranty repair process. If there's a local company handling warranty repairs or if I need to make other arrangements, please advise. Additionally, I am looking for a reliable customer service phone number as the one I tried, [redacted], seems invalid for my area.
