I just had the second phone outage in as many weeks. I was in the middle of speaking with an imaging center that I needed to fax instructions to when the line went dead. The first time it took five days to get someone out to fix the mechanical issue (which I was told was down the street somewhere, not even on the condominium property). The person I spoke with on the phone today (Chris), after I had had an unsatisfactory chat with someone named Precious (who told me there was an outage in the area and that technicians were working on it) said that there was no outage in the area and set up an appointment tomorrow, at which time the imaging center will not be open, so I will be unable to fax the necessary documents to them causing another two day delay in the receipt of my daughter's imaging records. I want to know that there is someone in the U.S. that I can speak to who can give me the true facts of the matter and how long it will take to repair. I also want to know why this keeps happening and how you, as a service provider, can prevent such costly (both time and financially) delays for those of us conducting business from home. I am furious with Frontier about the poor quality of service and I am equally furious that I cannot speak to a customer service or technical support agent in the country I'm calling from and about. After more than ** years of service from Verizon with very few issues, I am too old (and I have high blood pressure) to deal with the constant frustration of being unable to use my phone when I need it. You are going to need to raise the bar for your service to keep me as a customer.
