Perhaps my attempt to get this resolved failed because I pursued this on a weekend. It is still not resolved, nor have I had any contact from anyone, real person or robot. Still waiting.

I rec'd an email from Frontier confirming my request for an auto-pay date change to the **nd of the month. I did not request a date change. the person I talked to on the phone said Frontier wants to bill me that day (****). I said fine, as long as I'm not billed again on the *nd. She didn't say it would be an auto-pay date change. I would like my auto-pay to stay on the *nd of the month. Now I've been double billed. I was billed on the **nd of June and on the *nd of July $***.** for a total of $***.**. My normal billing is $***.**. One of these charges needs to be reversed. My account * is ***-***-****-******-*, pin ****.
