The issue in GetHuman-trmp's own words
I am bundled with Dish and Frontier. I received a ***.** credit towards my bill for the month of November. According to the agents at Dish they told me that I would not have to pay the bill for November which was for ***.** and they would deduct the ***.** and my new bill for Nov. to Dec. would be **.**. I received a notice from Frontier saying it my account is past due. Every month there are always issues with billing. I am so stressed and sick of it. I am a good customer to pays my bill every month. I was also told when I got Dish that I would receive a discount for bundling. Never happened.

GetHuman-trmp did not yet indicate what Frontier Communications should do to make this right.
