I've NEVER done business with a more incompetent company than Frontier. The employees are friendly enough, but nobody really cares about my problems. Just wish there was another company I could do business with in my area instead of Frontier. I'd advise everyone to NOT buy any Frontier stock because if this company keeps doing business like they currently are doing, the business will eventually fold. I'm not a very happy camper with Frontier and their field technicians. They do NOT read the ticket order instructions at all. They were told in writing to contact me BEFORE LEAVING the problem site - but they did not call me - and my problem was NOT fixed * different times because of the lack of a call - then I had to wait another entire week to get my problem fixed - then still no call. I could go on and on - but I won't - I'm sure you get the idea of how ticked off I am with this company.
GetHuman-skbjeb did not yet indicate what Frontier Communications should do to make this right.

Sorry to all you poor customers out there experiencing the same problem I had with no dial tone. It's going to be a while before you get your service back, because there are many incompetent field technicians at Frontier. They don't know how to read OR they just are too dumb to follow instructions. They were told on * different work orders to telephone me and talk to ME OR MY ANSWERING MACHINE before leaving the problem site - but they didn't do that one single time - therefore, my problem was not fixed. The tech thought he'd fixed the problem, but I still had no dial tone - so when you call Frontier again to report that same problem, you wait on the phone for ** mins to talk to someone - then you have to wait an entire week to get a tech out to the problem site - then he doesn't follow instructions by calling you to see if the phone is really fixed - so then you have to call Frontier again - wait the ** mins to talkt o someone - and the vicious cycle starts all over again. I am not a very happy camper. Don't ever buy any stock in this company, because if they continue doing business like they have been, they won't be in operation for a long time.
