I have been a FIOS customer for the last several years. I have the fastest speed I could get at the. time, ***** plus voice and a large TV package. My current bill with fees*taxes is $*** per month. I wanted to increase my Internet speed to ******* for the fee of an additional $**month x ** months then $***month as per the email my wife and I received September **, ****. I called today and was informed by the customer service rep that I did not qualify because I only have the ***** plan. My bill is large and is always paid on time. I would like you to reconsider. I have contacted Comcast*Xfinity in my area (Southwest Fort Wayne, Indiana) and I can get comparable service with ****MBPS for about $***month less. Can you help me? I'd prefer to stay with Frontier. I have been a FIOS customer for about the last * years (* at a previous location then ** at our current location). Thank you.
