My phone is presently*working with a dial tone. I will wait for*tech to call because if I call the * *** *,*I cannot understand the what lady is*saying!**Could you please give me an alternative** to speak to a Person rather than the**-*** number to the Auto number. *We are both elderly, husband is **,*me, **, and are dependent on our*landline service.
