I have a residential account, and I run a business from home. My phone has a lot of static and I cannot*hear the party at the other end, I called for support, set up for tech to come out but its on March **, ** days away. I cannot go without my phone working properly, I wanted to have someone come out sooner, I also asked to have my calls forwarded to another number, because the phone is not in my name the wouldn't do it, the person that account is under is not available right now, and that would be my husband. I make the check every month he doesn't even see the bill and I can't get service.*I thought Frontier Communications had better service than this.
