I came BACK to frontier because i was promised better service. I had a problem when the serviceman used the previous modem i still had from previous disconnect. I told him that modem did not work right. I called Frontier & waited ** minutes, got customer service, transferred me to tech support, took another ** min wait. They told me they wrote a new work ticket for serviceman to come following day, gave me work order * and time of ** am-*pm. No show. Called tech support back, another hour being placed on hold. Transferred to customer service. They say it's tech support problem, transferred me back to tech support. I was told they have record of work ticket to bring me a new modem. While on hold with him. Someone from customer service picked phone up and said she couldn't help me, not C S problem. NO ONE has tried to call me back or resolve problem. Again today tv couldn't get the "on demand" even though it said internet was connected. My phone will not work right & drops calls if on Wi Fi. I am so disappointed in Frontier for the second time in * months. Don't understand why this is so complicated & I have been so patient & kind no matter how frustrated I have been. Thx, PATTY GRAYBILL
